This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or buy from it, what we use it for, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

  • Order details you give us at checkout: your email address, first and last name, shipping address, billing address (if different), phone number (optional), the products and plan you choose, and any messages you send to support.
  • Payment details: you enter your card in secure payment fields provided by our payment processor, Whop, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your full card number goes to Whop, not to us. We receive the payment result, the amount, and limited payment details such as the card type.
  • Technical and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and what you click, the ad or link that brought you here (for example campaign tags and click IDs), and cookies or similar identifiers. Some of this is collected by the tools listed below.

We do not ask for and do not want health information. Please do not send us medical details unless you need to for a support request.

How we use it

  • To take your payment, ship your order and run your subscription (including renewals and cancellations).
  • To process one-click offers you choose to accept after checkout.
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds, the money-back guarantee and delivery issues.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website and payments secure.
  • To measure our advertising and show you relevant ads (see "Advertising and analytics" below).
  • To keep records we are required to keep by law (for example accounting records).

We use your information because we need it to carry out our contract with you (your order), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business and preventing fraud, because the law requires it, or because you agreed to it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your name, email or address lists. We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business:

  • Whop (whop.com) - our checkout and payment processor, and the platform that hosts this website. Whop processes your payment and order details and sends payment receipts. Whop's own privacy policy also applies to the payment.
  • Our order-management system and our fulfillment partner in the USA - your name, address, email, phone and order contents are passed on so your order can be packed, shipped and tracked.
  • Shipping carriers (such as USPS) - your name and address, to deliver your package.
  • Google (Places address autocomplete) - when you type your address at checkout, the text you type is sent to Google to suggest matching addresses.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) - see "Advertising and analytics".
  • Analytics providers - see "Advertising and analytics".
  • Authorities, courts or advisers when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Some pages also load fonts, scripts or embedded videos from third-party services (for example Google Fonts, public content-delivery networks, YouTube or Vimeo). These services receive your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads.

Advertising and analytics

  • Meta Pixel. Our pages use the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta which pages you viewed, when you start checkout and when you buy (order value and an order ID), together with cookies and identifiers such as your IP address and browser. We may also send purchase events to Meta directly from our server (Meta Conversions API), including your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show ads to you and to people like you.
  • Whop. Whop may run its own measurement tools on pages hosted on its platform.
  • Microsoft Clarity and PostHog. On our product and information pages we use these analytics tools to see how visitors use the pages (for example clicks, scrolling and page views, which may be recorded as session replays). We use this to fix problems and improve the pages.

Under some US state laws, using advertising cookies and pixels for targeted ads can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices and rights").

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep your checkout working (for example to remember your order between pages) and for the advertising and analytics tools above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones checkout needs, checkout may not work.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • object to or restrict some uses, or withdraw consent you gave us;
  • appeal our decision on your request.

Your Privacy Choices: to opt out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising, use our opt-out page or email support@fullspan.co with the subject "Do not sell or share".

To use any other right, email support@fullspan.co. We may need to confirm your identity first (usually by matching the email address on your order). You can also use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent acts for you. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

If we send you marketing emails, each one includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, you will still get emails about your orders and subscription.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection or consumer protection authority. Because we are established in Cyprus, you can also contact the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to handle your order, subscription, refunds and guarantee claims, and for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. Analytics and advertising data are kept for shorter periods set by the tools above. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

Card payments are handled by Whop's secure payment fields, and our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not email us your full card number or other sensitive details.

International transfers

We are based in Cyprus and our service providers are in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use recognized safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

This website and our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date. If we make important changes, we will let you know as the law requires.
