These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit this website or buy from it. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Who can order
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
- We ship to addresses in the United States only. See our Shipping Policy.
- Products are for your own personal or household use, not for resale.
- The information you give us (name, email, address, payment details) must be correct and yours to use.
3. About our products
Fullspan products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical care. The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
Read the label before use and do not exceed the suggested serving. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition or are scheduled for surgery, talk to your doctor before taking any supplement. Content on this website is general information, not medical advice.
We try to show our products accurately. Colors and packaging may look slightly different on your screen, and we may update labels or packaging over time.
4. Orders
When you click "Pay Now" you make an offer to buy the products in your order summary. Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund you in full.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
- All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown in your order summary when you click "Pay Now".
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop (whop.com). You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Your receipt and your card statement may show Whop as the payment processor.
- We do not currently charge sales tax on orders.
- If we show a price in error, we will contact you before shipping and let you cancel for a full refund.
6. Shipping
Subscriptions ship free. One-time orders placed from a product page include Standard Shipping for $9.95. On some order pages you can add Expedited Shipping for $9.95, charged once with your first order. The shipping charge is always shown in your order summary before you pay. 7. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you choose a subscription, your order renews automatically and your payment method is charged on each renewal until you cancel.

- First charge: the plan price is charged when you place your order. If you add Expedited Shipping ($9.95), that is charged once, with the first order only.
- Renewals: the plan price is charged automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days (depending on your plan), counted from your first order, to the payment method you used at checkout. Each renewal ships free. Renewals ship the paid pouches only: the free bonus pouches come with the first order.
- No minimum commitment: you can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
- How to cancel: email support@fullspan.co with the email address you used at checkout (we cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email), or cancel yourself online: sign in at whop.com with the email you used at checkout, go to Profile > Orders (whop.com/@me/settings/orders), select your Fullspan subscription and click "Cancel membership".
- When cancellation takes effect: a cancellation stops all future renewals. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel on Whop before your renewal date, or email us at least 1 business day before it. If we receive your cancellation email in time and you are charged anyway, we refund that charge in full. Orders that were already charged and shipped before you cancelled are covered by our Refund Policy.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, the subscription is cancelled and nothing more is charged.
- Changes: we will not change the price or frequency of an active subscription without telling you by email first, and you can cancel before the change applies.

8. One-click offers after checkout
After your first payment we may show you one or more extra offers. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. If you click to accept an offer, the one-time price shown on that page is charged right away to the payment method you just used, without entering your card details again, and the products are added to your shipment. Nothing is charged if you decline or leave the page.

10. Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, designs and other content on this website belong to Fullspan or its licensors. You may view and print them for your personal use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. "Fullspan" and our logos are our trademarks.
11. Using this website
Please do not misuse the website: no fraud, no interfering with its operation or security, no scraping or automated ordering, and no use that breaks the law. We may refuse service or cancel orders that break these Terms.
12. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, comment or suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve and promote our products. We will ask for your permission before we publish your name or photo with it.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide this website "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Fullspan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ignitea Ltd is established (Cyprus). This does not take away any protection given to you by the consumer laws of the state where you live. If you have a problem, please email support@fullspan.co first - most issues are solved quickly.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date. Changes do not affect orders already placed. For active subscriptions, see section 7.
