Subscription policy

This policy explains how Fullspan subscriptions work, what you are charged and how to cancel. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Subscription or one-time purchase
On every order you choose either a subscription or a one-time purchase. A one-time purchase is charged once and never renews. A subscription renews automatically, as described below, until you cancel.

Subscriptions always ship free. No sales tax is currently charged.
When you are charged
- First order: the plan price is charged when you click "Pay Now". If you add Expedited Shipping ($9.95), it is charged once, with the first order only.
- Renewals: the plan price is charged automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days (depending on your plan), counted from your first order, to the payment method you used at checkout. A new shipment is sent after each renewal. Renewals ship the paid pouches only: the free bonus pouches come with the first order.
- Your subscription continues until you cancel. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
- Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com), which emails you a receipt for each charge.
- If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is cancelled and nothing more is charged.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in either of these ways:
- Email us: write to support@fullspan.co from (or mentioning) the email address you used at checkout, and say you want to cancel. We cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email.
- Cancel yourself online: sign in at whop.com with the email address you used at checkout, go to Profile > Orders (whop.com/@me/settings/orders), select your Fullspan subscription and click "Cancel membership". Whop emails you a confirmation.
When cancellation takes effect
- Cancelling stops all future renewals. You will not be charged again.
- To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel on Whop before your renewal date, or email us at least 1 business day before it.
- If we receive your cancellation email in time and a renewal is charged anyway, we refund that charge in full.
- Orders already charged before you cancelled are still shipped and are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy).
Changes to your subscription
To change your plan or delivery address, email support@fullspan.co. We will not change the price or frequency of your active subscription without emailing you first, and you can cancel before any change applies.
